Care Quality Commission

CQC Inspection Report: Overall Inadequate Rating

We are delighted to share that at our most recent Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection (September 2022) the practice has been rated as ‘good’ – an incredible achievement for us all.

Previously our practice had been in special measures but has moved up two ratings and is now classed as good in terms of the service we offer patients by the CQC.

The whole practice team have been working very hard both front of house and behind the scenes to improve our patient offering and service.

We recognise that we still have some work to do and improvements still need to be made. We continue to develop and put into place our plans, such as the creation of our new urgent care team which once fully embedded will substantially increasing the appointments we offer.

Our patients have been with us through these improvements and your continued support is invaluable so thank you all very much.
