They provide walk-in services and are staffed by senior, experienced and specially trained nurses.

Protected Learning Time Closures

Occasionally the surgery will be closed for appointments on an afternoon in order to conduct compulsory Protected Learning Training (PLT) sessions for the team. The dates for these are dictated by NHS Sussex whom commission us to provide medical services and this is the same for all surgeries in the local area. There are usually three occasions across the year where the surgery is closed for an afternoon.

All three medical centres are accessible and equipped for the disabled. There are allocated parking spaces available, wheelchair access and toilets with easy access at all sites. At our East Hoathly site there are hearing loops in all of the consulting rooms and there is a portable induction hearing loop at the Buxted and Manor Oak Medical Centres.
