The practice takes part in the NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) feedback survey. Patients who have a valid UK mobile telephone number on their patient record should receive a text following an appointment with us. The text will ask whether they would recommend the surgery to friends or family and also gives the option to provide commentary on their opinion. The practice takes all feedback seriously; we closely monitor the results and share the results of the FFT with our team.

We are pleased that the vast majority of our patients consistently rate the surgery as good or very good. Whilst this is the case, we recognise that there are improvements still to be made, in particular around appointment availability. The surgery has plans to improve our appointment availability and we hope that once these plans have been embedded, (towards the end of 2022) an increasing number of patients will be more satisfied with their experience.  

We are intending on launching a broader patient survey in the future.
